Bonjour! I’m Chitvan, based in the NYC region.

I am deeply passionate about amplifying the user's voice by understanding their behaviors, needs, and emotions, and using these insights to design experiences that drive both engagement and business growth.

With a background in engineering, teaching, and bilingual communication, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, empathy, and effective communication to every project. As a challenge-seeker, I constantly push myself to grow, both personally and professionally.

The global impact of Covid-19 inspired me to reassess my career path, leading me to pursue a master's in Learning Technology and Experience Design (LTXD) at New York University to deepen my skills in human-centered design.

Now, I work at the intersection of education, communication, research, and technology, striving to create innovative solutions that enhance learning experiences and empower individuals.

When I’m not working, I enjoy practicing mindful yoga, writing for my French blog, or enjoying the serenity of nature with a peaceful walk.

At this moment, I’m especially curious about how AI will transform education and help companies build learner-centered tools that elevate curiosity and critical thinking, rather than offloading cognitive work. I’m passionate about ensuring that AI amplifies learning experiences in a personalized, engaging way.
